Problems with withdrawal page
I'm trying to make a withdrawal of the entirety of my credit, but when I type in the withdrawal amount and my email address and hit enter, it just reloads the page, only blank this time. How do I actually process my withdrawal?

Thanks so much for writing in--although I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble.
Since we're receiving withdrawal requests from other lenders, can you let me know what browser you're using, as well as the version? Also, if you're logging in with Facebook or not. That way, I'll be able to troubleshoot on our end so you don't have to deal with a refreshing page in the future!
In the meantime, I'd be more than happy to make the request to withdraw the entirety of your credit for you, and ensure that that is processed by end of day today.

I'm using Firefox; I'm not sure which version, whichever's the current one up for download on their website. I'm logging in with password and email, not Facebook.
