Website won't let me start a team.
I'm trying to create a team and it won't let me. It keeps saying "you need a team name", but I've already entered in a team name. I've tried multiple times. Thanks!

Hi Laura,
Thanks so much for writing in, although I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles! This is actually a known bug, and our web team has been notified and is working to correct the situation asap.
I'll let you know once they've been able to make the fix so that you can resume your team set-up.
Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and do let me know if you have any additional questions!
All the best,

Hi Laura,
Just as an update, the web team had actually already made the fix when I wrote you! A speedy fix. :) You should be good to go with the creation of a new team.
Do let me know if you run into anymore troubles.
Thanks, and all the best to you.

I was able to start the team, but it won't allow me to upload a logo for the team. It's a jpg file. I've tried multiple times. I don't want to share the team with friends until I can get the logo up. Thanks!

Hi Laura,
Thanks so much for the follow-up. I'm glad you were able to start your team!
We're working on a fix for images at the moment, and as before, I'll let you know once we've addressed the issue on the live site.
I'll be in touch soon!
Best regards,

Hi, it's me again! So, Beth Hutter donated some money two hours ago and clicked the team, Niles High School Alumni, when making her donation. Her name does not appear under the team name. I want to be sure the bugs are worked out before I send a broader message to possible donors. So, the issues are: logo upload not working, and donor who indicated a specific team is not showing up as a team member. Thanks!!

Hello again!
My apologies for the delay on the photo fix. I'll have an update for you sometime in the next hour or so once I hear back from the web team on when they'll make the fix on the live site.
As for the loan/donation attribution to Niles High School Alumni, the way our site is currently set up, an individual must join a team in order for their name to show up there. It looks like Beth did indeed join the Niles High School Alumni Team, and is now showing up on the page, but not until a couple of hours after she made her loan. The dollars and student is always attributed to the page right away, but the individual lender is not, unless they willingly join the Team on that Team's page. In the future, we may change this for easier activation, but you should let your recruits know that this is the case by linking to the Niles High School Alumni Team page first and allowing them to join before making a loan at check-out.
Also, for future reference, you can choose a "preferred lending team" if you edit your profile. Upon joining a team, if you, for example, select Niles High School Alumni as your preferred lending team, the drop down menu at check-out will automatically make this selection for you before your transaction is complete (you can always pick something else, though--it just streamlines things a bit).
Let me know if you have any more questions about Team loan attribution, and I'll be in touch soon!
Thanks, Laura--for both your patience, and for promoting your team as we pilot this new program! :)
All the best,
